About the Role

The Sr Manager, Finance Business Partner - Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is a pivotal senior finance leadership role within DKSH Thailand, serving as a trusted strategic partner to the commercial business unit. In this role, you will champion margin protection, drive growth enablement, and shape data-driven business decisions that directly impact DKSH's competitive position and long-term success in the FMCG market.

What You Will Deliver

• Co-pilot with the commercial team to develop insightful annual budgets and forecasts, supported by data analytics, financial modelling, and commercial insights.
• Build and maintain financial models and tools that enable robust planning, forecasting, and variance analysis across the business.
• Coordinate with Regional and Headquarters (HQ) teams to ensure full alignment across all financial planning activities.
• Deliver high-quality financial management insights with accuracy and visibility, driving performance clarity and accountability across the organization.
• Lead in-depth performance analysis against prior year, budget, forecast, and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying key variances and root causes, and translating findings into clear recommendations that are seen through to execution.
• Partner proactively with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities across both top and bottom line, developing gap closure plans and tracking the implementation of agreed actions.
• Provide financial feasibility assessments and data-driven recommendations to support commercial and business development decisions, including go/no-go evaluations.
• Ensure all business decisions are grounded in rigorous data, analytics, and sound financial judgment.
• Champion process improvement and digital automation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and advance a modern, digital workplace culture.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team within the Business Unit, acting as a DKSH cultural ambassador who fosters collaboration, inclusion, and a shared sense of pride in the organization.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a related industry.
• Strong knowledge in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial concepts, and technical accounting information.
• Ability to manage complex planning and reporting processes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Digital-savvy with a proactive drive to advance automation and improve efficiency.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of SAP and Lighthouse is preferred.
• Result-oriented, flexible, and agile, with a growth mindset and a positive, self-motivated approach.
