Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support marketing initiatives, product campaigns, and brand development activities. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Brand Principals to drive market growth, enhance brand visibility, and support business objectives across multiple distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support sales growth.
• Coordinate with Brand Principals, Sales Teams, and Trade Marketing Teams to ensure effective campaign implementation.
• Support new product launches, product positioning, and marketing communication activities.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and campaign performance analysis.
• Manage marketing materials, POSM, promotional tools, and product communication.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and business partners when required.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
• Support company events, exhibitions, trade activities, and customer engagement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, or FMCG business.
• Experience in FMCG, Distribution, Consumer Products, Retail, or related industries is preferred.

Skills

• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good presentation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
