Responsibilities

• Establish and update Quality System Documents.
• Arrange and follow up QA schedules for all audits (Internal, Customers, Suppliers, third party).
• Supervise and control quality patrols and provide feedback via Quality Incident Reports.
• Prepare Red tag and Yellow tag reports, Defect analysis reports, and CPK reports.
• Prepare Reweaving reports.
• Handle customer complaints and supplier complaints.
• Verify and approve Certificate of Analysis (COA) for customers.
• Drive improvement of all quality-related activities in the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Assurance, Technical or engineering field.
• Good command in English and Thai communication, writing and reading.
• Good computer ability in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 requirements.
• Multitasking, problem solving and negotiation skills; able to work well under pressure.
