Senior Supervisor – Product Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of OEM personal care products, including skincare, hair care, body care, and related categories.
• Manage multiple product development projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to customer specifications.
• Supervise and coach Product Development Engineers and laboratory technicians to enhance technical capability and team performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Manufacturing throughout the product development process.
• Translate customer briefs into commercially viable formulations and provide technical solutions during product development.
• Review product specifications, formulations, stability results, and technical documentation prior to commercialization.
• Ensure compliance with applicable cosmetic regulations, customer requirements, and company quality standards.
• Support manufacturing scale-up, process validation, and troubleshooting during pilot and commercial production.
• Maintain accurate project records, development reports, and technical databases.
