Junior Business Controller

About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee the business and financial operations of the organization. This individual will monitor the organization's economic performance and work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to financially advise internal departments. This individual will also create frequent financial reports to display economic standing of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze sales reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards;
• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning activities;
• Monitor sales performance, margins, pricing, and promotional activities;
• Assist with financial analysis related to sales and commercial operations;
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams;
• Ensure accuracy of sales data and reporting processes;
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis;
• Support ad-hoc reporting and management presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field;
• 1–3 years of experience in sales controlling, finance analysis, or commercial finance;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• Ability to work with large data sets and attention to detail;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Fluent English is required;
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
