About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager (Hunter) role located in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Relationship Manager will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients, building and nurturing lasting relationships with SMEs, and understanding their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new SME clients
• Present tailored factoring solutions and negotiate contracts
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct market research and proactively engage potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and customer expectations

Qualifications

• Proven skills in client acquisition, relationship building, and customer service excellence
• Experience in financial services, sales, or business development, particularly in the SME segment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical skills, market research abilities, and understanding of financial products, especially factoring
• Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and basic computer applications
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and meeting sales targets
• Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken, is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the factoring industry or familiarity with SME clientele is an advantage
