Business Development Associate – Retail Expansion

About the Role

Business Development Associate – Retail Expansion responsible for identifying high-potential retail locations across Thailand and supporting store launches through market evaluation, stakeholder engagement and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify high-potential retail locations across Thailand.
• Evaluate site feasibility based on foot traffic, demographics, competition, and commercial viability.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, mall operators, and local authorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including real estate, operations, and marketing to support store launches.
• Travel extensively across Thailand to scout locations and manage on-ground assessments.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on location pipeline and expansion progress.
• Support business case development for new store proposals.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-5+ years of experience in business development, retail expansion, or real estate.
• Strong understanding of Thailand’s retail landscape and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently, work independently, and be on-site during events when required.
• Fluency in Thai and English is preferred.
