About the Role

We're hiring a Bridge Design Engineer to join an international structural-engineering software & consulting company. In this role, you'll apply your bridge and structural design background in a technical consulting capacity — supporting, training, and advising the engineers who use our structural analysis software, rather than a pure design seat. If you enjoy solving problems, sharing knowledge, and working with clients, this one's for you.

Location: Asoke–Din Daeng, Bangkok
Working Days: Monday – Friday (09:00–18:00)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation to engineers using our structural analysis software
• Conduct software training, demonstrations, and online webinars for clients (together with the sales team)
• Prepare technical documents, user manuals, and tutorial materials
• Gather user feedback and collaborate with the R&D team to improve the product
• Support software implementation and troubleshoot user issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bridge / structural design
• Familiar with AASHTO, Eurocode, or related standards (e.g. expressway, BTS projects)
• Experience in Prestressed Concrete design is a plus
• Experience with MIDAS Civil / MIDAS Gen is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge and train others
• Working proficiency in English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid driving license is an advantage
• Native-level Thai fluency; local hire based in Bangkok (no visa sponsorship or relocation provided)
