Responsibilities

• Develop Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plan and Work Instructions: create PM plans and standard work instructions for all machines and ensure PM activities are systematic, practical, and aligned with actual machine conditions.
• Prepare Spare Part Master List: identify and list missing or unavailable spare parts and support the creation of a basic spare part inventory in the system.
• Study and analyze technician workload: study current technician workload and task distribution, propose ways to optimize and utilize manpower more efficiently, and improve productivity by balancing workload based on priority and skill level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree — Mechanical engineering or Electrical engineering.
