หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ให้บริการและแนะนำสินค้าแก่ลูกค้าเพื่อสร้างยอดขาย
- ดูแลประสบการณ์ลูกค้าในร้าน (Customer Experience) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานแบรนด์
- รับผิดชอบยอดขายรายบุคคลและช่วยทีมให้บรรลุเป้ารวมของสาขา
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของสินค้าในพื้นที่ขายระหว่างการปฏิบัติงาน
- ดำเนินการจัดเรียงสินค้าในร้านตามแนวทางจาก VM Team
- ส่ง Checklist รายสัปดาห์ พร้อมรูปภาพตาม guideline ของแบรนด์
- รับผิดชอบการหมุนสินค้า (Product Rotation) ประจำสัปดาห์เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสการขาย
- จัดการสินค้าใหม่เข้าร้าน (New Arrival) และกระจายสินค้าให้ครบทุกโซน
- ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงการจัดวางสินค้าให้เหมาะสมกับยอดขายและ customer flow
- ประสานงานและอัปเดตข้อมูลกับ Store Manager และ VM Team อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ช่วยดูแลความเรียบร้อยของร้านให้พร้อมขายตลอดเวลา
- สนับสนุนการจัดโปรโมชั่น และการเปลี่ยนแปลง display ตามแคมเปญ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมหน้าร้านเพื่อผลักดันยอดขายและภาพลักษณ์ร้าน
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. / ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์งานขายหน้าร้าน (Retail / Fashion / Lifestyle / Beauty จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- รักงานขาย และมีความสนใจด้านการจัดร้าน / Visual Merchandising
- มี mindset ด้านยอดขาย + การจัดสินค้าให้ขายได้จริง
- สามารถทำงานเชิง detail และทำ checklist ได้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และทำงานภายใต้ความเร็วของร้านค้าปลีกได้
- ทำงานเป็นกะ และวันหยุดตามตารางร้านได้
