Our first product focuses on assisting Tech Founders and Operators with navigating the complex U.S. immigration system, making their relocation seamless. We are profitable from Day 1 and are experiencing more demand than we can handle at the moment. Our team is building quickly to serve hundreds of high growth organisations.

You’ll work directly with seasoned operators who have successfully built multi-million-dollar ventures including Wework, Glints, MoneySmart, CardUp, and Solifi.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute paid growth across Google, Meta and LinkedIn platforms and other paid channels.
• Work across all paid growth aspects of the business, from campaign setup to optimization and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to scale acquisition and support business growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in early-stage startups.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving >3x ROAS.
• Proven ability to operate paid ads independently on Google, LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
