cargo-partner Thailand was established in 2008 and is one of the rapidly growing organizations in the country. Currently, the company employs around 100 employees in three locations: the Bangkok headquarters, the Bangkok airport office, and Laem Chabang office.

Responsibilities

• Create job files and issue reconciliation sheet after shipment completion
• Co-ordinate with sales/customer and overseas agent & key account for obtaining shipment instruction and follow the SOP requirements
• Co-ordinate with customer/carrier/supplier and related department for import process
• Follow up order with CPL overseas, agent and keep customer informed of the cargo movement
• Handle all relevant import documents (Arrival Notice, D/O, Freight invoice, POD etc)
• Take personal responsibilities for solving problem, to follows up request and/or problems that customer's experience
• Check quality and accuracy of works to meet company standard and objectives
• Recheck debit/credit from overseas & complete billing to customer, overseas agent & all vendors
• Provide additional services beyond the call of duties
• As assigned by Team Leader / Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with at least 2 years' experience in Freight Forwarder
• Solid knowledge in Sea cargo
• Strong background in Freight forwarding, Shipping or Logistics field, especially in Freight forwarding industry
• Basic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Cargowise One know-how in related functions
• Fluent in English language
• Self-confident with positive attitude
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to handle the conflict cases and have a strong resolution skill
• High responsibility, flexibility and discretion
• Excellence in communication skill
