Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance to achieve required availability and reliability KPI on flight training devices and other training equipment/facilities.
• Supervise a dynamic team of technical staff to meet the set KPIs.
• Create work schedules and ensure adequate roster coverage for contracted training availability windows.
• Provide staff guidance and leadership to ensure equipment remains at peak performance to support internal and external customers.
• Identify and track recurring and potential system problems and work with technical experts to formulate corrective plans.
• Recommend and develop new procedures for testing, maintenance and repair.
• Ensure dissemination of technical information to subordinates and liaise with co-workers to share ideas and lessons learned.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and developing staff, and prepare and conduct performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or college degree in a job-related field.
• Minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
• Thorough understanding of aircraft terminology or simulation devices.
• Able to interpret schematics and other technical documents pertaining to simulators and aviation.
• Superior troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of operating electronic testing equipment and advanced software diagnostic utilities.
• Fluency in English. Fluency in Thai is an advantage.
