Job Description

• Drive external and internal stakeholder engagement by developing content and execute programmes.
• Support corporate function’s bank-wide internal sustainability engagement programs, events or communication editorials
• Leads efforts to deepen awareness and understanding of sustainability, develop ESG capabilities and implement training programmes across the bank
• Maintain and update internal and external sustainability communication channels and mediums
• Partner with NGOs, associations and media platforms and drives engagement with them to grow brand positioning and thought leadership
• Support bank’s sustainability related CSR programs
• Business management for Corporate Sustainability Office
• Support all other corporate and support units on the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, governance process and initiatives to drive the achievement of corporate sustainability targets

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of international sustainability frameworks and reporting standards.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of driving positive change and achieving measurable results in sustainability.
