About the Company

Responsibilities

• Deliver Professional Training Programs (e.g., AXA Prime Blue) to professional agents and managers according to plans from line manager and assigned programs.
• Execute end-to-end training activities and provide resources from onboarding, orientation to sales products and processes, developing individual coaching plans, conducting training sessions, role-play assessment, and sales activity management implementation.
• Conduct joint field work and schedule orientation drive-along with MA representatives; provide one-on-one supervision and mentoring to managers to enhance activity management skills.
• Continuously develop agents' knowledge, skills and attributes to improve performance, including on-going observations, follow-up and productivity coaching.
• Identify training skill gaps and provide additional training plans, guidance and support as necessary.
• Motivate and support sales activities; engage and collaborate in distribution activities as assigned.
• Develop new approaches and techniques to improve training effectiveness and integrate support with routine job functions; carry out special project assignments.
• Prepare, analyze and summarize data to produce production, monitoring and management reports as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance training.
• IC License required.
• Good in Thai & English.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work individually, meet deadlines and work under pressure; team player.
