Motion Designer / Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer / Editor to join our Thailand production team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in motion graphics and video editing, with a passion for creating engaging digital and social content. You will work closely with creative and production teams to deliver high-quality motion graphics and video content across social, online, digital, and branded platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics and edited content for digital and social platforms
• Adapt and deliver content for online, social media, digital campaigns, and DOOH
• Work closely with Producers and creative teams to interpret briefs and deliver projects effectively
• Ensure all work meets creative, technical, and delivery specifications
• Quality check all outputs before final delivery
• Manage and track time across projects
• Stay updated on industry trends, software, and production techniques
• Support the wider production team when required

Skills

• Minimum 3 years' experience in motion graphics design or video editing
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good understanding of encoding formats, frame rates, and delivery specifications
• Experience delivering content for digital, social, and DOOH platforms
• Experience with AI creative tools such as Google AI tools, Kling, Nano Banana, or other generative AI platforms is highly desirable
• Experience working with global brands and regional campaigns is highly desirable
• Fluent in English and Thai
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency or content production environment with multiple projects and tight turnaround times

Highly Desirable

• Experience using 3D visualisation or spatial design software such as SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar tools to support retail, POSM, or in-store concept visualisation
• Exposure to retail environment visualisation, display mock-ups, or shopper activation design

Education

Relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in motion design, animation, or creative media preferred
