Sales Engineer

About the Company

Diamond Key International Group is hiring. The DKI team is looking for a Sales Engineer to engage with customers and speed up the industry’s digitalisation and decarbonisation with DKI’s end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Report to Assistant Sales Manager - Thailand and manage specific DKI Key Accounts and applications within Thailand to develop business opportunities using DKI solutions.
• Engage with customers to define scope, requirements and specifications.
• Generate competitive technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals, composing fit-for-purpose solutions from DKI and third-party products/services.
• Collaborate with the Sales Support Team to determine appropriate pricing and strategy required to win.
• Regular customer engagements and promote innovation, continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Translate concepts, develop strategy, and implement change; demonstrate customer focus and passion to win in a challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while coordinating multiple priorities.
• Positive "can-do" attitude and technically creative thinking.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ideally suited to those who are customer service inclined.

Diamond Key International has delegated authorities applicable to the level of the position relating to the approval of quotations.
