About the Role

Garena — Game Safety & Monitoring Associate (Contract, onsite, contract_daily)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and flag suspicious in-game behaviors (e.g., potential hacking, cheating, or exploit abuse) based on community reports and gameplay observation.
• Proactively identify emerging cheating trends, tools, or patterns within the player community and escalate findings to relevant teams.
• Support investigations by consolidating evidence from player reports, videos, and community discussions.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates.
• Fluent in Thai with working proficiency in English.
• Strong online research abilities with a keen eye for identifying patterns and insights.
• Able to document findings clearly in a structured and easy-to-understand manner.
• Passionate about gaming, particularly shooter genres, and open to actively playing Free Fire.
• An active mobile gamer with solid understanding of the Thai gaming landscape and community platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Facebook Groups, YouTube, etc.).
