About the Role

• Provide a full range of legal advice and services on issues concerning the rights, obligations and privileges of AIA.
• Represent AIA to customers, suppliers, competitors and government agencies.
• Identify legal solutions to resolve business or technical issues and recommend a course of action.
• Examine legal data to determine the advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits.
• Undertake other related tasks as assigned to align with business policy and support long-term business growth.
• Explore opportunities to improve work flow and build a healthy working environment.
