About the Role

Key Account Supervisor (Chinese or English speaking) — Flash Express.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers to maintain customer relations and maintain benign interactions with customers
• Assist project managers to coordinate resources, promote project implementation, deliver implementation results on time and quality, and be responsible for project operation quality
• Responsible for project data monitoring, responsible for operating KPI and SLA
• Assist project manager to communicate across departments
• Perform other work delivered by the company or superior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Good office software skills, especially excel/ppt; experience in foreign companies is preferred
• Self-motivated and capable of learning, organizational, interpersonal and teamwork
• Active, enthusiastic, caring, responsible, results-oriented, able to arrange work at the same time and reasonably and effectively
• Good Command of Chinese or English

• 6 days/week 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM (WFH on Sat)
• Work location: Unilever house near Mrt rama9
• Work arrangement: hybrid
