Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive maintenance activities including predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for critical manufacturing equipment
• Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize equipment performance, safety protocols and quality standards
• Participate in equipment selection, installation and evolution of production processes
• Execute lifecycle management plans for machinery and process equipment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Technical or Vocational education in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality management systems
• Proven track record of implementing preventive maintenance programs
• Excellence in problem-solving and process improvement
