Supervisor - Logistics Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and facilitate the related function/staffs to ensure accurate and meaningful data gathering.
• Review the gathered data from related functions/staff.
• Feedback the discrepancies and errors found.
• Generate and extract the required information, where possible.
• Supervise and facilitate the related functions to use the proper analytical or statistical tools to generate the required outputs.
• Develop the systematic reporting system and procedure.
• Deliver the accurate and meaningful reports relating to the warehouse operation and delivery, used for performance assurance and service level improvement.
• Identify trends, areas and suggestions for improvement.
• Keep historical data of the key SPIs or other information related to the warehouse operation and delivery.
• Other tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.

Minimum Qualification:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, physical distribution and ERP related activities
• Dynamic, able to multi-task and work independently
• High sense of responsibility, quick learner and self-motivated
• Adept in Microsoft Office package and ERP system
• Good communication skill in both Thai and English
