Senior Officer, Process Engineer (AAA)

Responsibilities

• Support and improve plating and related manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
• Execute process testing, DOE, and data analysis to identify root causes and optimize process parameters
• Prepare, monitor, and follow up test jobs, ensuring lead time, quantity accuracy, and proper documentation
• Analyze defects and process issues using data, images, and preliminary inspections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering
• Generate reports, summarize results, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields)
• Fresh graduates are welcome, or up to 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing / process engineering
• Interested in plating processes, chemical processes, or industrial manufacturing systems
• Strong in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with a willingness to learn on the job
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and able to handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) with good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong communication skills in Thai & English
