About the Role

วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน
To develop and build AI models for defect detection and robotic vision, and collaborate with engineering teams and partners to deliver practical AI vision solutions for real production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage image datasets and databases for AI Vision.
• Manage the data collection process of product image from the manufacturing stakeholder for model training.
• Manage data engineer and govern data labeling standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data preprocessing and augmentation to improve diversity.
• Develop and train AI (Computer Vision) models for detection, classification, and segmentation.
• Optimize and fine-tune models to achieve the right balance between False Reject and False Accept.
• Test and evaluate model performance using proper metrics per use case.
• Perform error analysis from trained model and continuously improve performance.
• Build and maintain a data feedback loop (production data → model retraining).
• Collaborate with Production, Quality teams, and university partners.
• Translate customer requirements and acceptance criteria into model training conditions.
• Support model deployment (pilot and full-scale implementation).
