Through our technology platform we make casual football as easy to access as a gym session. Our model is built for scale and we’re expanding to Phuket.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the Stranger Soccer license in Phuket, building and running a local football venture.
• Manage day-to-day operations to deliver consistent, high-quality games and player experience.
• Lead local marketing and community acquisition to grow bookings through the mobile app.
• Recruit, train and manage local staff and game organisers.
• Work independently while using HQ-provided tools, playbook and platform.

Qualifications

• Football enthusiast with strong local insight and community understanding.
• Strategic thinker with leadership and business experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to operate independently and take ownership.
• Experience in operations, marketing or sales is preferred.
