Presales - Networking (Aruba)

About the Role

Presales - HPE (Hybrid Role) at Ingram Micro. Manages pre-sale and/or post-sale technical support activities including assessment of how company products meet customer needs and the preparation of product specifications for development and installation of customized applications/solutions. Work arrangement: hybrid. Employment type: full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical presales support for HPE Aruba/Juniper networking solutions.
• Design and recommend enterprise networking architectures including switching, wireless, security, and network management solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and workshops.
• Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, and bill of materials (BOM).
• Work with marketing and product managers to define new products and provide field insights.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop business opportunities and drive project success.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales, System Engineer, Network Engineer or related roles.
• Experience with HPE HIT, Aruba, Juniper, or other networking solutions.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Go-To-Market teams to ensure deal closure and increase business revenues.
• Fast learner, proactive, positive mindset and effective team player.
• Good command of English communication.
• Professional certifications in Aruba or Juniper are an advantage.
