ExpresSo NB is seeking a passionate entrepreneur or professional to join our team in identifying and developing new business opportunities in climate technology and AI. The role focuses on finding market gaps where emerging technologies can create significant impact and value.

About Venture Builder at ExpresSo NB

Unlike traditional corporate roles that focus on maintaining established business lines, at ExpresSo NB’s Venture Builder you'll gain hands-on experience creating ventures from scratch. You'll develop a diverse skill set across various business functions and technologies and benefit from existing networks and shared resources, reducing risk while building new ventures. ExpresSo NB Company Limited, the corporate innovation arm of PTT, is dedicated to advancing ClimateTech through venture capital investments, venture building, and strategic collaborations to accelerate decarbonization across Thailand. Responsibilities

• Research and identify promising technology opportunities in ClimateTech and AI
• Evaluate market potential and develop business cases for new ventures and capture benefits time horizon
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand technological capabilities and limitations
• Build relationships with potential partners, investors, and industry experts
• Validate business ideas and form business models and go-to-market strategies
• Prove venture’s problem-solution fit and product-market fit for internal and external fundraising
• Potentially take a management role in a spin-off company from the venture builder

Qualifications

• Proven experience in founding a company or leading at the C-suite level in corporate settings
• Demonstrated strong interest in climate technology, sustainability, and AI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market opportunities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, engineering, or related field
• Open to both Thai nationals and foreign nationals with proper work authorization
• A proven ability to drive business expansion in Southeast Asia—especially in key markets like Indonesia and Vietnam—is highly desirable
