About the Role

Drive strategic campaign initiatives across teams to achieve business impact in growth, profitability, and efficiency. Act as the first point of contact for categories and other teams to solve campaign issues and provide support. Work closely with category managers to identify gaps and new opportunities to reach business KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, commercial strategy, or business planning.
• Proficiency in data tools like Excel or SQL to pull insights and analyze performance.
• Strong logical thinking and a hypothesis-driven approach to solving business problems.
• Ability to turn complicated data into simple, actionable plans for other teams.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work with different departments.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on improving sales and operational efficiency.
