About the Role

Our Guest Experience Experts deliver memorable, unique experiences beyond standard check-in and check-out. They take initiative to provide a wide range of services guiding guests through their entire stay, processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing highlights of the local area. Associates are expected to follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards while presenting a professional appearance and communication style.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest services that enhance the overall stay experience
• Process operational needs, complete reports, and manage transactions as part of the guest experience
• Respond to and resolve guest requests and inquiries
• Provide local area information and recommendations to guests
• Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and follow company policies and procedures
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
• Be on feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for extended periods) and perform light physical tasks (move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds)
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required
• License/Certification: None required
