Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, data, and IT equipment to ensure reliability and performance
• Plan, supervise, and support IT teams, including technicians, system engineers, and helpdesk staff
• Oversee helpdesk operations to ensure timely issue resolution and continuity of business operations
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are implemented, monitored, and continuously improved to protect the organization’s IT systems and data
• Establish and enforce IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and information security practices
• Ensure IT systems and infrastructure comply with ISO 27001 standards and PDPA requirements
• Manage vendors and collaborate with internal departments to support business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field
• Minimum 9–12 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or System Administration
• Strong experience in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environment
• Proven experience in IT operations support, incident management, and system maintenance
• Experience in managing or supporting enterprise systems, including ERP (e.g., SAP) will be an advantage
• Familiarity with IT security standards, backup systems, and disaster recovery planning
• Experience in vendor management and coordinating with internal stakeholders
