About the Role
Imagine being part of the Production Team for the world’s largest jewelry brand! If you have experience in Production Manufacturing and improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement. You could be our next Specialist, CI Engineer (Plating, AAA).
What You'll Do
- Align with the strategy by understanding and implementing policies from management to achieve key functional objectives.
- Adhere to received policies to produce best-in-class jewelry and implement best practices to ensure consistency across production units.
- Support the manager in delivering the best of PANDORA by innovating, adopting new manufacturing techniques, and staying true to design objectives.
- Maintain low production costs, ensure on-time delivery, and achieve high production quality.
- Engage openly with stakeholders for critical activities, take responsibility, and ensure effective collaboration across all functions.
- Deliver Plant/Company KPIs (Productivity, Cost, Quality, FROT, Lead Time) through effective project creation and execution.
- Develop new processes and equipment to meet Plant/Company KPIs.
- Work with key personnel from each section to support and participate in project activities.
- Manage and control the budget of each project.
- Coordinate with a diverse range of people to achieve targets.
- Monitor and audit processes and equipment, recommending continuous improvements to maximize process capability.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal resources to determine product specifications and arrange for the purchase and installation of equipment, materials, or parts for new products.
- Investigate, recommend, and justify new technologies, manufacturing methods, and equipment to meet competitive business needs and improve efficiency.
- Create and sustain optimized layouts and workflows to expand capacity and capability.
- Perform Lean & Six Sigma projects.
- Work with the team to conduct process FMEA.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance current process capability.
- Create and define new working procedures and key process controls.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 Year experience in Continuous Improvement, process Engineering.
- Experience in plating or chemical process in manufacturing.
- Lean manufacturing and green belt certify is preferred.
- Project management and Budget control.
- Good problem solving, analytical thinking and project management.
- Good coordination and communication skill.
- Good English communication and writing.
- Flexible schedule that would include weekends and night shift as of the critical situation of production conditions or as required by circumstance.
