About the Role

This role sits within BD – Seller Program, a team that aims to help build and grow Shopee sellers by leveraging their social media assets to generate orders. Many sellers have digital storefronts on Facebook, Instagram, etc., but those channels may be used only to promote products or may not be convenient for selling directly via social channels. Our team helps convert those sale leads into Shopee and grow sellers on the Shopee platform.

Responsibilities

• Strategically craft creative approaches and a roadmap to groom sellers’ social and commercial metrics
• Develop online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve social and commercial targets
• Own campaigns and handle campaign execution end-to-end: whitelist strategic sellers who fit campaign objectives, ensure Key Account Managers pitch whitelisted sellers, launch campaigns and measure campaign performance
• Provide recommendations and next steps to continue and improve existing campaigns or initiatives with sellers or other teams within Shopee
• Perform data analysis, share new insights with the team and prepare management updates

Qualifications

• 3 - 4 years of work experience in entrepreneurship or business development
• Driven and motivated; able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical ability to synthesize and evaluate key problems
• Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Understanding the digital marketing landscape across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understands how to execute and optimize ads on Facebook and Instagram (Beginner to Intermediate level) is a plus
• Natural leader with a can-do attitude; able to lead discussions and teams to achieve targets
