Position: Maintenance Technician (Utility)

Section: Utility Maintenance
Reporting Manager: Associate Maintenance Manager
Location: Nikom Amata City Rayong
Work Condition: Day/ Night Shift and Overtime

Job Scope: Responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of facility & utility equipment; routine operation and maintenance for utility equipment such as Boilers, Air Compressor, Chiller, Water Treatment System, HVAC, and Pest Control. Involve and monitor plant upgrading projects by external contractors.

Job Descriptions:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on utility equipment (Preventive Maintenance).
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical/electrical issues.
• Keep equipment records and report issues.
• Support production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with teams to improve maintenance processes.
• Perform minor mechanical installation works.
• Modification of machine’s control in order to achieve higher efficiency and productivity and prevent downtime.
• Responsible for compliance to EHS procedure and requirement.
• Ensure that all Thai FDA, GQP and ISO13485 and EHS regulation are always followed.

Qualifications:

• High Vocational degree in Mechanical or Electrical or related field. (ปวช./ปวส.)
• At least Min 3 years of relevant working experience in Utility maintenance related jobs (Electrical and Mechanical related aspects).
• Experienced in Boilers, Air Compressor, Chiller, Water Treatment System, HVAC, and Pest Control are a plus.
• Must be able to work as SHIFT (Night & Day)
• Must be able to understand Vantive’s specifications and SOPs (Operation, EHS, Quality, GMP)
• Must be able to analysis, troubleshoot and fix during equipment breakdown.
• Must be able to work with other functions to achieve one team one goal.
