Roles Open for This Intake

• Senior Facility Engineer
• Facility Engineer
• Facility Technician (shift-based)

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective oversight of facility uptime and the lowest possible PUE, manage contractor activities, and maintain fiscal responsibility for projects and maintenance practices
• Hands-on operation and maintenance of critical electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in a 24/7 data center environment
• Monitor and maintain power, cooling, and control systems; carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and equipment anomalies and coordinate with vendors during planned and unplanned work
• Work on-site in rotating/shift schedules (roles are site-based and shift-based)

Qualifications

• Senior/Facility Engineer: 5+ years' experience in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems; experience in data center, telecom, or other critical environments preferred
• Facility Technician: 2+ years' experience in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems; data center or critical environment experience preferred
• Operational knowledge of electrical distribution, cooling systems, fire protection, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent engineering degree
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends (for technician roles)
• Physically capable of equipment handling in operational conditions
