This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description

• Visual inspection for component part and finish goods part following quality standard requirement(PQI,Q-alert) for VHP/VNP model.
• On time visual inspection for FG packing follow cycle time standard for all model.
• Correct label printing and labeling of boxes, KANBAN scanning / Check quantity, labelling and part number.
• 100% visual inspection laser mark(VHP/VNP) and prepare finish goods 10 digit.
• Correct perform change over following PQI and change over check sheet for VHP/VNP.
• Operation an assigned task e.g. sorting quality issue, Re-check quality in assembly process.
• Daily routine assigned, Machine check sheet, Machine cleaning, Weight scale set up, 5S shop floor.
• Other tasks as supervisor assigned.

Qualifications

• Secondary school or higher educational.
• At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in Production area.
• 75% skill matrix Achieved visual inspection VHP/VNP.
• Good teamwork and co-operation.
• Able to use magnifier for visual inspection.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Accountability mindset.
• Quality mindset.
• Able to working in night-shift.
