Reports To: Senior Director, Operations

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing daily production activities, driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance, and leading production teams to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production operations to achieve production targets, output, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Monitor production performance, productivity, and operational efficiency; ensure smooth production flow and effective manpower utilization.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Warehouse, and HR to support operational goals and production planning execution.
• Escalate and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Lead, coach, and develop Production Supervisors and production teams; conduct performance management, coaching, employee engagement, and talent development.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and promote positive employee relations in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, EHS requirements, company policies, RBA and ISO standards, and customer requirements; support internal/external audits and corrective action closure.
• Drive product quality improvement, support corrective/preventive actions, and ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality systems and SOPs.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, productivity improvement, waste reduction, cost optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of manufacturing experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or production management role.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, automotive, or high-volume manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership, people management, decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and EHS standards.
• Experience supporting RBA and ISO compliance activities and audits preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Good command of English communication.
