Manager, S&OP

S&OP Volume Alignment & Scenario Management

• Lead monthly S&OP volume consolidation and ensure alignment between Demand, Supply, Finance, and Strategic Planning.
• Translate S&OP & LRP volumes into clear supply allocation scenarios.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation options to support decision-making.

Allocation Strategy, Optimization & Network Planning

• Design and optimize allocation logic to achieve network efficiency, cost targets, and service goals.
• Drive short-term and long-term build strategies, including Aurora transition planning.
• Ensure allocation decisions are aligned with production capability, ramp-up plans, and product strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Assumption Governance

• Gather and validate planning assumptions with GSC, WS3, and WS1 teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on constraints, readiness, and prioritization.
• Lead structured communication of volume decisions, changes, and impacts to stakeholders.

Performance Tracking, Insights & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor adherence to S&OP decisions and highlight deviations with root cause analysis.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy, allocation efficiency, and supply stability.
• Champion continuous improvement, digital planning tools, and process standardization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in ERP or APS system.
• Proactive thinking and analytical skill.
