SAP S4HANA Officer (1 Year Contract)

About the Company

Location: Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Hemaraj Industrial Estate, Tasith, Pluak Daeng, Rayong, Thailand

This site is an integral manufacturing plant and R&D center, the first smart factory in Thailand, focusing on connected manufacturing to serve automotive customers. The plant manufactures gasoline injection systems with capacity for approximately 1 million fuel injector units per year. The R&D office and laboratory are located on the same site to accommodate automotive-specific equipment such as fuel testing benches and NVH chambers.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA rollout project activities within warehouse operations.
• Perform system testing in both testing environment and productive system to ensure functionality and stability.
• Create and maintain work instruction documents for warehouse processes under the new system.
• Register new work instructions in the system.
• Provide training and guidance to end users to ensure proper system understanding and usage.
• Support process stabilization after go-live to ensure smooth transition and operational continuity.
• Other assignments as delegated by the manager and project manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in logistics and warehouse.
• Good communication skills in English, both in reading and writing.
• Ability to create clear work instruction documents and training materials.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge or experience in SAP system.
• Able to work under project timeline and pressure and manage multiple projects across functions.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities or special assignments as required.
