Plant Process Engineer

Location: Map Ta Phut, Rayong
Report to: HYCO & H2 Plant Manager

Drive plant performance. Optimize processes. Power industrial growth. We are seeking a Plant Process Engineer (HyCO) to help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations while driving process optimization and continuous improvement in a high-impact industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and efficient plant operations with strong focus on safety, quality, and reliability
• Monitor and optimize HyCO & H2 production performance to meet business KPIs
• Improve process control, plant efficiency, and operational excellence
• Support start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Customers) to ensure 100% service delivery
• Drive cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO, company programs)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in plant operations / process engineering
• Strong knowledge in unit operations, thermodynamics, and process control
• Experience in data analysis / SPC / process optimization is a plus
• Good command of English
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced industrial environment
