About the Role

Business Development Executive — CP Axtra (Makro)

Responsibilities

• Create new business models to support exciting business trends.
• Research new types of business/service with a focus on identifying gaps (existing and/or expected).
• Seek opportunities and meet key industry players.
• Identify business gaps and develop new services to internal and external customers.
• Design tools and methods for developing business, organizations, and employees to achieve organizational goals.
• Present business expansion strategies and study the company's competitors.
• Manage and execute through planning, communication, monitoring, and impact measurement.

Qualifications

• BA/MA in business administration, marketing, science, technology or relevant field.
• 3-5+ years experience as a business analyst.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with all levels of management.
• High ownership, proactive, resilient, execution-driven and positive thinking mindset.
• Excellent project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
• Computing skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent Thai/English communication skills; Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
