About the Role

You will be a G.O Baggage Handler at Club Med Phuket, supporting arrivals, departures and reception-related tasks while ensuring quality of service, health & safety compliance and property maintenance. By becoming a G.O Baggage Handler, you'll be able to take advantage of Club Med's infrastructure and activities; if you feel like it, you can even get up on stage to show off your talents!

Responsibilities

• Welcome and inform customers, personalizing customer relations
• Ensure baggage handling for arriving and departing customers
• Promote accessibility to the arrival/departure area
• Carry out certain reception tasks requiring travel
• Assist the Reception and/or Meetings & Events team in setting up meeting rooms
• Assist the Lodging team with certain tasks
• Contribute to access control and security of goods and people
• Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property
• Know and apply health and safety standards and all emergency and evacuation procedures, and inform customers accordingly
• Respect Club Med's attitudes, behavior, presentation, work environment and internal procedures

Qualifications

• Sociable; able to build relationships with customers and establish trust
• Helpful and a good listener, providing solutions to customers
• Multilingual: fluent in at least two languages and at ease with international customers
