Civil/Structural Construction Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect civil construction works (RC structures, earthworks, paving, utilities)
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work meets project plans and specifications
• Review drawings, method statements, and coordinate with engineering teams for execution
• Conduct site inspections, testing (concrete, soil), and quality control activities
• Prepare reports, track progress, and support documentation for inspection and handover
• Coordinate with stakeholders and participate in progress and planning meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in construction projects (oil & gas, refinery, infrastructure, or industrial projects)
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site supervision
• Ability to read drawings, review specifications, and manage subcontractors
• Good communication skills; able to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools
