HAC Recruitment Supervisor

Key Responsibility:

• To Develop recruitment strategy and policy.
• To identify needs and requirements for candidate.
• To manage job posting.
• To conduct candidate research and manage candidate pool.
• To select, interview and recommend candidate according to job requisition and available position.
• To manage preliminary candidate screening for recruiter.
• To negotiate employment salary and terms.
• To manage and maintain record of candidate information and screening result in the system.
• To support recruitment administration such as logistic, meeting appointment and accommodation.
• To manage candidate document such as employment contract and supporting documents.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in full function of Recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, Negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
