What the day will look like

• Develop marketing plan and sales strategies for both existing and new clients for business growth purpose for cyber and other specialty risks
• Promote and initiate cross selling among clients
• Create and maintain good relationship with clients, insurers, controlling offices and team members.
• Advice clients on uninsured exposures.
• Coordinate with Segment Leader and team member to prepare budget.
• Supervise and give advice to team member for any business-related issue
• Perform other tasks assigned by Segment Leader

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Direct/Reinsurance/Life Insurance License
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-life Insurances
• Customer Service Skills and skills to handle complaints
• Good English writing and speaking
