About the Role

Leads, coordinates and monitors organization's EHS programs and procedures, and manages implementation of EHS-related changes.

Responsibilities

• Communicating to the team about EHS standards, organization practices, labor guidelines; and promoting training and educational programs on EHS issues.
• Investigating reports on EHS emergencies/accidents and reporting it.
• Developing and communicating emergency response plans and procedures.
• Overseeing coordination of manufacturing and facility permits, infrastructure and process changes, inspections, budget and EHS audits.
• Supporting the design of EHS safety management incentives, redesigning processes, facilities, or product lines, and delivering safety solutions.

Qualifications

• Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
