Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise the responsible departments to work according to the plan and daily production targets with quality as stipulated in the standards.
• Analyze and find concrete solutions to long-term work problems and set clear work standards.
• Develop and improve systems and working methods to achieve better quality and efficiency continuously.
• Study and research the technical aspects of the work in deep responsibility so that the work according to items 2 and 3 is effective and in the right way.
• Jointly plan meetings and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that the work is consistent throughout the system.
• Push and monitor subordinate employees to perform their duties correctly according to the system and standards set at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical Industry
• Work experience at the command level at least 3 years
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of varnish bathing, stamping boxes, and cartoning work so that they can control production.
• Ability to calculate, allocate the amount of people and work to suit the production plan.
• Knowledge of production planning Data Monitoring and Reporting.
