Finance Accounting Manager

About the Role

Two openings: Finance Manager and Accounting Manager to support multi-plant manufacturing (electronics preferred). Roles cover manufacturing cost accounting, financial reporting, tax & compliance, budgeting and business partnering with operations and engineering. Onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑spectrum financial reporting in compliance with TFRS and IFRS standards and prepare statutory financial statements and disclosures.
• Lead full‑cycle cost analysis and product costing (standard, actual, variance analysis) for multi‑plant manufacturing, develop and optimize cost allocation models (BOM, routing, overhead absorption, machine hour rates).
• Analyze manufacturing variances (yield, scrap, labor efficiency, inventory) and provide actionable insights; partner with engineering and operations on new product costing and margin simulation.
• Drive cost control initiatives across the supply chain (material, logistics, production optimization) and support long‑term cost planning aligned with global strategy.
• Oversee end‑to‑end accounting operations including general ledger, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and timely month‑end / year‑end closing processes.
• Handle corporate tax planning and compliance (CIT, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing) and coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee BOI compliance, including privileges, reporting and audit requirements, and monitor/implement changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare executive‑level reports and forecast presentations on gross margin, cost savings and productivity performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Accounting Manager: Bachelor’s degree required).
• 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing finance/accounting, preferably in the electronics industry, with experience in high‑volume, multi‑site operations.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting systems and technical accounting; proven experience with month‑end/year‑end reporting and statutory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of TFRS, IFRS and Thai tax regulations; hands‑on experience with BOI‑promoted company requirements.
• Advanced analytical skills (Excel, Power BI or other data tools) and strong business partnering / stakeholder management skills including audit coordination.
