Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's long-term business goals and enhances shareholder value.
- Craft and maintain a compelling equity story and investment thesis, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, analyst reports, and investor sentiment to proactively advise senior management (CFO/CEO) on capital market dynamics and shareholder concerns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the investment community, including institutional investors, retail investors, and sell-side/buy-side analysts.
- Proactively build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key existing and potential investors and target new quality investors that align with the company's strategic investor base plan.
- Plan, manage, and attend investor-facing events, including quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, domestic and international roadshows, and the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Oversee the creation of high-quality investor communication materials, including the Annual Report, investor presentations, press releases, and Q&A documents, and manage the Investor Relations section of the company website.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Corporate Communications to ensure consistency and accuracy of all external-facing information.
- Ensure strict compliance with Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations regarding disclosure and reporting, and oversee timely preparation and dissemination of financial disclosures and public announcements.
- Monitor and report on shareholder base movements, trading activity, analyst consensus, and market perception to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or capital markets; proven track record in a senior IR role, preferably with a large, publicly listed company; experience with SET50 companies is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of capital markets, investor expectations, valuation methods, and financial modeling; strong ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data and accounting principles effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master's degree (MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA).
- High integrity, strategic thinking, entrepreneurial growth mindset, strong results-orientation, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and act with a high degree of professionalism.
Skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English; superior presentation skills for sophisticated financial audiences.
- Demonstrated relationship building with senior executives, investors, and analysts; in-depth knowledge of SET/SEC disclosure rules and corporate governance standards.
