About the Role

This role is based in our Bangkok office (CBD, easily accessible by public transportation). You will be part of the wider team in Singapore and report directly to our Partner.

Job Summary:

• As a Lead Lighting Designer, create immersive and visually compelling environments through strategic lighting design and implementation for interior and architectural projects.

Responsibilities

• Guide junior lighting designers and ensure seamless integration of lighting concepts that align with overall design objectives.
• Develop innovative and creative lighting concepts to enhance the visual experience of projects.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, interior designers and consultants.
• Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing and technically feasible within project constraints.
• Interpret and translate clients’ requirements into concept, design presentation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Right to work in Thailand without visa sponsorship (Thai National).
• Bachelor or Master degree in Lighting Design, Interior Design or Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in lighting design.
• Experience in interior/architectural lighting design for luxury hospitality, high-end residential, clubhouses or show flats.
• Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD; BIM/Revit preferred but not compulsory.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong conceptualization and presentation skills, design flair, responsibility, ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects; collaborative with good communication skills.
