Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport bookings, prepare documentation and monitor shipments to meet transit times, routing and carrier selection requirements
• Follow the communication concept for effective stakeholder communication and provide accurate, timely updates for visibility in KN systems, including financial data such as costs
• Monitor shipments and follow up on all deviations; review and clarify CCL instructions when conflicts or discrepancies arise (regulatory requirements, routing, TT, rates)
• Report problems, operational disputes or discrepancies immediately to supervisors or managers
• Collaborate with partners/suppliers, gateway, warehouse, customs teams, the RCC and external parties as needed
• Monitor operational performance of carriers and partners, escalate issues and create awareness when commitments are not met
• Work with the Optimization Team to improve process execution and systems setup/automation to maximize systems utilization and reduce manual processes
• Maximize profitability through cost optimization and participate in process improvement identification and implementation
• Work with Sales and Customer Care teams on account implementation to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Export
• Intermediate level of English proficiency
• Must be available for Saturday standby (subject to overtime); no fixed working hours
